TO FILL IN THE FORM BELOW:

1. Choose the number of golfers you will be registering & paying for at this time 
   by clicking or tapping on the green button labeled Choose an option
   (golfers in your foursome may register individually, just use the same foursome name when they register)
2. Enter the names and email addresses for each golfer
3. Enter the name of your foursome
4. Do not change the quantity at the bottom of the page next to the Add to Cart button
   (this should say 1, you already selected the number of golfers above)
